Preventative Services
Offered as monthly or alternate monthly services, a preventative service is designed to prevent pests from entering your home in the first place. Technicians treat the perimeter and eaves of the home with pesticides and web the eaves according to your service schedule. Residuals from the materials last 30-60 days before their effectiveness wears off and by then your technician is coming by to reapply the area. If customers ever have any issues with general pests inside their home, we will come back free of charge to treat the inside of the structure to eliminate the immediate problem.
