German Cockroach Treatments

German cockroaches are more difficult to get rid of than other cockroach species because they have built a resistance to insecticides and reproduce quickly. Initially a thorough inspection of the kitchen and other infested areas in your home will be provided to determine areas of activity and severity of the infestation. Two treatments are needed to control German cockroaches; the first treatment includes a thorough treatment inside drawers, cabinets and behind appliances to knock down adult cockroaches while making younger cockroaches infertile. Baits are applied to aid in controlling adult populations as well as insect monitors to track activity. After two weeks, your technician will return for your follow up treatment to retreat the areas and check monitors ensure treatments have been effective.
